01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and betper ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at betper.pro. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the betper platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

betper operates as an internationally licensed offshore online gambling and sports betting platform. The platform offers casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, slot titles, bingo, fishing games, and related promotional activities to eligible players.

We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published on this page with the date of last revision clearly stated. Continued use of the betper platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revision, you must cease using the platform immediately.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and betper regarding your use of the platform.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the betper platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. betper operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings accrued will be voided.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is the sole responsibility of each player to verify that online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction before registering with or using betper. The platform does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. By registering, you confirm that accessing and using betper is not unlawful in your country or region of residence.

2.3 Account Registration

To participate in any real-money activity on betper, you must register and maintain a single player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Bangladesh mobile number capable of receiving SMS. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

betper may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This may involve submitting copies of government-issued identification (e.g., National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment methods used to deposit funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the restriction or closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until compliance is achieved.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your betper login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. betper will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify betper support immediately at [email protected]. betper reserves the right to suspend your account pending an investigation into any suspected security breach.

3.2 Account Currency

All player accounts on betper are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in BDT. No currency conversion fees are applied by betper, though your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank) may apply their own standard transaction charges.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. betper reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts once the 12-month threshold is reached, deducted directly from the account balance. If the balance is reduced to zero, the account will be closed. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied, giving them the opportunity to log in and reactivate their account at no charge.

3.4 Account Balances

Account balances displayed on the betper platform reflect funds held on your behalf. Cash balances and bonus balances are tracked separately. Only cash balance funds that have met all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. betper does not pay interest on any account balance, regardless of the amount held or the duration.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

betper supports the following deposit methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and selected other institutions including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by betper, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction ceilings. Deposits are credited to your betper account balance in real time or within a maximum processing window of 15 minutes under normal operating conditions.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, or to a verified method linked to the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. betper processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission under normal conditions. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods or subject to additional KYC review may take up to 72 hours.

betper reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the satisfactory completion of identity verification. You must not deposit funds with the intention of withdrawing them without genuine gaming activity; betper reserves the right to apply a standard processing fee in such cases.

4.3 Wagering Requirements on Deposits

Standard cash deposits do not carry wagering requirements. However, any bonus funds credited to your account in connection with a deposit promotion are subject to the specific wagering requirements stated in the relevant bonus terms. Until those requirements are met, the bonus portion of your balance cannot be withdrawn.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

betper is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or the financing of any unlawful activity. All transactions are monitored. betper reserves the right to freeze accounts, void bets, and withhold funds pending investigation if any transaction is suspected to be connected with fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity. betper will co-operate fully with law enforcement authorities in any such investigation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

betper offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer.

In the absence of any specific promotion terms stating otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply to all betper offers:

• Each player may claim a welcome bonus once only, on their first qualifying deposit.
• Bonuses are credited in a separate bonus wallet and are not immediately withdrawable.
• All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, and sports bets at odds of at least 1.50 contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates are published on each promotion page.
• Bonuses expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• betper reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

betper maintains a strict policy against bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing low-risk or mathematically risk-free wagers with the sole intention of meeting a wagering requirement (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring"); using a bonus in conjunction with a betting strategy designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome; and providing false registration details to gain access to a promotion.

Where betper has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void all bonus winnings, cancel pending withdrawals derived from bonus funds, and close the account without prior notice.

5.3 Free Bets and Free Spins

Free bets and free spins awarded as part of a promotion carry their own specific terms including minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits on any winnings generated. These terms will be clearly published on the individual promotion page at the time the offer is made available.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the betper platform, it is final and cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet placed, including the selection, stake amount, and any applicable handicap or market conditions. betper is not liable for any errors made by the player at the point of placing a wager.

6.2 Void Bets

betper reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: where the bet was accepted based on a manifest pricing error; where the event to which the bet relates is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise fails to meet the conditions specified in the market rules; where betper has grounds to believe the bet was placed in connection with match-fixing or the manipulation of a sporting event; or where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being offered.

In the case of a voided bet, the original stake will be returned to your cash balance in full.

6.3 Casino and RNG Games

All casino games available on betper — including slots, table games, and virtual games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt. RNG certification ensures that all game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by betper or by players.

6.4 Live Dealer Games

Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers and streamed to players in real time. The rules of each live game are governed primarily by the studio provider's own ruleset, which will be visible within the game interface. betper adopts those rules in full for games hosted on its platform. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, betper's general policy is that any unresolved game rounds will be settled according to the provider's standard disconnection protocol.

6.5 Sports Betting

betper offers pre-match and live (in-play) betting on a range of sporting events including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and hockey. All odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In-play bets are accepted at the platform's discretion and may be suspended at any time. Live odds fluctuate rapidly; the price displayed at the moment of bet submission is the price at which the bet will be accepted if still valid.

07 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities while using the betper platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Registering more than one account on the betper platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or live dealer tables.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or modify any part of the betper platform or its software.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or deliberate manipulation of a sporting event.
• Using the platform for any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward betper staff or other players.

08 Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your betper account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, and any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be assessed. betper aims to process account closure requests within 5 business days of receipt.

8.2 Closure by betper

betper reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The player has been identified as a politically exposed person (PEP) or is subject to international sanctions.
• Continuing to operate the account would expose betper to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed by betper for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any genuine cash balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

betper supports responsible gaming and offers a formal self-exclusion programme for players who feel they need a break from gambling. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked, all marketing communications will be suspended, and any attempt to create a new account will be refused. 8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betper and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits. betper's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits betper's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
